Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Right:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mandatory Exception (Health\/Hygiene):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The right of withdrawal is <\/span><b>excluded<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for <\/span><b>cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for health and hygiene reasons (Art. 103.e).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Condition:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Returns are <\/span><b>only accepted<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if the product is <\/span><b>unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Costs:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>3. Legal Guarantee (3 Years)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products are covered by the <\/span><b>3-year statutory legal guarantee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the delivery date. Defective products will be replaced or refunded by the Seller at no cost.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Order Cancellation and Refunds<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation is only possible <\/span><b>before the order is shipped<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
