📦 Goods delivery policy

1. Processing and Coverage

  • Processing: 24 to 48 business hours from payment confirmation.
  • Coverage: Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, and other European Union countries.
  • Couriers: InPost and GLS.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated Time (from dispatch): 2–5 business days (Spain) and 5–10 business days (EU).
  • Maximum Legal Deadline: 30 calendar days from order confirmation.

3. Incident Handling

  • Damaged Parcel: The Customer must note the damage on the delivery slip or refuse the parcel. Notification must be sent to the Seller within 48 hours.
  • Address Error: Reshipment costs due to incorrect customer address data are borne by the Customer.
  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon effective delivery of the order.
