Sales, Cancellation, and Return Policy
1. Subject
This Policy details the conditions for sales, cancellations, and returns at lichiskincare.es.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
- Right: The Customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract.
- Mandatory Exception (Health/Hygiene): The right of withdrawal is excluded for cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed for health and hygiene reasons (Art. 103.e).
- Condition: Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
- Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
3. Legal Guarantee (3 Years)
Products are covered by the 3-year statutory legal guarantee from the delivery date. Defective products will be replaced or refunded by the Seller at no cost.
4. Order Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation is only possible before the order is shipped. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt and verification of the returned product, using the original payment method.
