1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the sale of cosmetic products by Lichi Skincare S.L. (the “Seller”) through the website lichiskincare.es. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Purchase Process

The purchase process includes product selection, cart confirmation, submission of shipping/billing details, payment method selection, and order confirmation. All orders are subject to stock availability.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are stated in Euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are added prior to final checkout. Accepted payment methods include: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bank Transfer (where available).

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Coverage: Shipments are made within Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, and other European Union countries.
• Timeframes: Estimated delivery is 2–10 business days (full details in the Delivery Policy).
• Legal Deadline: The Seller is legally obliged to deliver the goods within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date (per EU law).

6. Legal Guarantee and Defective Products

All products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery (pursuant to Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). In case of a defect, the Customer must notify the Seller promptly upon discovery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

• Deadline: The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
• Key Legal Exception (Art. 103.e): Pursuant to Article 103.e (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
• Return Condition: Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging. Opening the product voids the right of withdrawal.
• Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish and European law. Disputes shall be settled by the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
